Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your order with OnlinePhotoPrinting, and your statutory position on personalised goods.

1. Cancellation by you — goodwill window

1.1. Although US law does not provide a general cooling-off period for online purchases (the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule applies to door-to-door sales, not online orders) and personalised goods are not returnable for change of mind, as a goodwill measure we will cancel your order at no charge if you tell us within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started.

2. How to request cancellation

2.1. Email hi@onlinephotoprinting.co.uk with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. For urgent requests, please also call +44 20 8058 0818.

2.2. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible within 2 working hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00 US Eastern Time (ET)).

3. Refunds for cancelled orders

3.1. If cancellation is accepted, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Orders already in production

4.1. Once production has started we cannot cancel because the goods are personalised and cannot be resold. This is consistent with applicable US consumer protection laws and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules.

4.2. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are unaffected and are explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation by us

5.1. We may cancel an order before dispatch (refunding you in full) where:

  • payment is declined or suspected to be fraudulent;
  • the uploaded content breaches our Terms & Conditions;
  • the product becomes unavailable;
  • there is a manifest pricing or description error.
